We primarily partner with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and homeowners who need high-quality visualizations to communicate ideas before construction begins. Our clients use our work for design presentations, client approvals, permitting discussions, investor meetings, and marketing campaigns.

The best way to kick things off is to have a 30 minute call to discuss your overall project wants and needs. From there, most projects begin with architectural plans, CAD files, SketchUp models, PDFs, or even hand sketches. Anything your already have pulled together to showcase your vision. (If you don't have plans, CAD or SketchUp models already, DON'T WORRY! We can create these for you ;) )

If you're working on a renovation or existing space, we can also capture the property using LiDAR technology to create an accurate 3D model before the design process begins.

LiDAR uses laser technology to capture the dimensions of an existing space, creating a digital model that serves as the foundation for design and visualization. It's especially valuable for remodels, additions, tenant improvements, and projects where accurate existing conditions are essential.

Project timelines depend on complexity, the number of views requested, and the amount of source information available. Most visualization projects are completed within one to three weeks, with smaller projects often delivered sooner. We'll provide an estimated schedule during the quoting process

Every project includes an initial review to ensure the renderings accurately reflect your design intent. Additional revisions can be accommodated as the project evolves, and we'll outline revision allowances during the proposal stage so expectations are clear from the beginning.

Absolutely! We work from finish schedules, manufacturer specifications, mood boards, and reference images to accurately represent materials, furnishings, fixtures, and lighting. The more information you provide, the more accurately we can bring your design to life.

Absolutely! We regularly collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers throughout the design process. (It's really our favorite part to be honest!)

Yes. We create photorealistic visualizations for both interior and exterior spaces, ranging from single-family homes and luxury residences to commercial buildings, hospitality projects, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.

Yes. We regularly work with SketchUp, PDFs, and other architectural documentation. If a 3D model already exists, we can often build on it to streamline the visualization process.

Yes. In addition to still renderings, we can create animated walkthroughs and cinematic flythroughs that help clients, investors, and marketing teams experience a project before construction begins.

Definitely! Many of our clients use renderings for websites, brochures, social media, leasing campaigns, investor presentations, and real estate marketing before construction is complete.
